Kno. Media is a creative platform dedicated to sharing the stories of young marginalized change-makers with a focus on their identities and was my first dip into founder life.

Since its inception and launch in 2018, Kno. has shared countless stories, partnered with a variety of brands and hosted intimate events to entertain, empower, and enlighten young marginalized minority change-makers.

Watch Me Work is an editorial series celebrating the limitless potential of Black, women entrepreneurs shifting and shaping culture through their work. In partnership with La Colombe Coffee Roasters, the series amplified the voices of Black women in our community through articles, a Clubhouse conversation on Black female entrepreneurship, and a giveaway.

Empowering Her Grant.

After an especially challenging 2020, Kno. set out to provide women of color with financial support to help them broaden their impact. With support from BABE Wine, the Empowering Her micro-grant was able to do just that. The Empowering Her micro-grant program supported two women of color creators building initiatives centered on uplifting other women.

Now You Kno. is an IGTV coffee chat series sharing stories and advice from change-making creators of color hosted by Kno. Media founder Clarice Metzger and brought to life in partnership with La Colombe Coffee.

Boss Talk.

Boss Talk was a panel and mixer event for millennial women of color who are creative entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and next generation business leaders to learn how we can fit our unique value into the larger landscape while meeting other like minded boss women. Held in partnership with Bulletin, we hosted over 100 attendees + chatted all things mentorship, job interviews, successful side hustles + more.

Boundary Breakers.

Boundary Breakers was an intimate discussion, portrait display and mixer event for creators of color to ideate and learn how to actively use creativity to challenge the status quo to incite real change in today’s world—all while exploring what it means to be outside of the boundaries and a champion of our communities. Held in partnership with Ethel’s Club, we also created a portrait series highlighting select members.
