L'Oréal Groupe set out to embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into their brand teams’ product and marketing processes to ensure that their offerings resonate with an increasingly diverse global audience, promote inclusivity, and reflect the wide variety of cultures, identities, and experiences in society. They brought in purpose consultancy Revolt to co-develop and facilitate an interactive masterclass for global team members across the portfolio of brands.
Topics covered include the importance of inclusive marketing from a social and commercial standpoint, tactical ways to embed inclusivity into the full marketing production chain from product development and data to managing partners, and more.
role: As the Strategy Director for this account, I spearhead the development of the masterclass, leading efforts in qualitative research, desk research, crafting bespoke frameworks, and more. I also oversee the work of a senior strategist, ensuring alignment and quality. In addition, I manage the client relationship in partnership with the business lead, focusing on maximizing the value we deliver.
